After 3 years of planning, the new Houseman Playground is finally here!
Midtown Neighborhood Association has been championing the re-build of Houseman Playground since July 2022. We are proud to have partnered alongside our neighbors, local businesses and the City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation for bring the Midtown Neighborhood the new Houseman Playground. Neighbors joined together for our 2025 Community Build on August 27 and 28, and the new and improved Houseman Playground was opened to the public September 5, 2025.
